I bought Karbonn Smart Tab 8 Velox. Its wifi, battery , and bluetooth was not working. So, on 6th Feb 2012, I gave the tablet to service center Address: Ambe Electronics, J-40, 1st floor, NOIDA sector - 18, U.P. It has been over 1 month, but I have not got my tablet yet. Whenever I contact service center, they alwasy make fake promisses that they will return my tablet on Monday then Thursday and so on. Many Mondays and Thursdays have passed but I have not got my tablet yet. I bought the tablet to use, not to get it kept in service center for months.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased the new Karbonn A6 mobile (IMEI NO. ********3145002) on dated 1st July, 2013 from Amritsar by paying Rs. 5600(Bill Attached). On dated 9-07-2013, the mobile stopped working. Next day on 10-07- 2013, I approached the customer care, jalandhar & they repaired the mobile & gave back on 11-07-2013. Again, on 17-07-2013, mobile was giving multiple problems & again I got it repaired. On 24-07-2013, its signal & sound stopped working again & I again contacted the customer care, jalandhar on 25-07-2013 (Job Sheet attached). I am disappointed as well as shocked with such a poor response of the mobile over such a short period of 25 days.
Now, I am completely irritated. So, kindly look into the matter personally and instruct the concerned to refund my payment of Rs. 5600 at the earliest because I am facing mental harassment which cannot be calculated in terms of money during these days.
