on 22-09-2016, my bike suzuki access with registration no AP04 AH 2902 stopped and was not moving further even though the engine was in ON condition. The scooter was shifted to Suzuki authorised service centre at Proddatur Andhra pradesh 516360. it was informed that the V belt got cut and needs replacement. I asked the Service incharge to go ahead and also carry out the following
1. engine oil replacement.
2. speedometer cable replacement
3. and all necessary general check up.

on same day i got call that the vehicle was ready. i paid the amount for the above vide bill no 298 dated 22-09-2016.
on 20-102016 the engine got seized and it indicates the service carried out by suzuki.
and i went to service center to inquiry about the damage caused. i observed that the whole job card was striken many times. it raised several questions that the the oil was not replaced with new one but drained completely and for got to replace which has cause my engine to seized. this pure negligence on part of the service centre
i request m/s suzuki to issue instructions to service centre to carry out necessary repairs at free of cost or i will be forced to approach consumer forum
