Phataka Shop - surprise to know that Phataka Shop is opening at foothpath of gokulpeth market

Respected Sir,
I wish to bring to you kind notice that I have been informed that a PHATAKA Shop is going to be open on FOOTPATH exactly in front of Harne Mahila Samaj Bulding ,Ramnagar Road, opp Choudhary Cutpipce Center, Golulpeth NAGPUR.
I wish to inform you that the location of Harne Mahila Samaj is adjoining to the Gokulpeth Market and at the time of Diwali there is very huge crowd in the market and as the shop is in FOOTPATH and is built by Tent/pendal it will be very risky for the peoples, as the Tent or pendals shops are not allowed in the market area and are allowed only in Grounds like the RamNagar Ground I request you to kindly look into the matter and please do not permit them to open the shop in such a crowded and sensitive area as it will be very dangerous for the innocent peoples. Please take my request seriously and do the needful at you end.
