Satisfactory and timely services with the most polite attitude
It is disheartening to see people have written such nasty comments about sunil mantri realty ltd. I have personally met the team and after that can proudly say that i have 6 flats in mantri park and have even purchased in mantri serene, their umpcoming project which is in nature's bliss.
I have seen them as the only builders who think for the flat purchasers despite the fact that the governement has been delaying the services. When BMC was not giving water they supplied mineral water, rather BMC did give the water connection once a case was filed in the high court.
I think people should appreaciate the customer centri approach of the builder instead of unnecessarily blaming them.
Hello XYZ , when your are saying you are very happy with the services of Mantri park and you have 6 flats clearly shows you are an investor and want to sell you flats so are very convienently are appreciating builder , i have been staying here from 2009 and we know how many problems we have faced from Mantri park . he had already stopped providing mineral water but when residents approched police authority , that time police authority clearly had brought to builder's notice that water and light are basic needs and he cannot deny providing it to resident .. its easier to stay some other place and give ur 6 flats on rent and then to pass such comments , Stay here and then let would like to hear views , and please do not hide your identity , be brave to come forward and disclose your identity including your flat nos..
