I HAD BROUGHT A HINDUSTAN LEVER PUREIT MARVELLA IN MID FEBRUARY. THE GERMIKIT HAS TO BE REPLACED AFTER A USAGE OF 2250 LITRES. MY GERMIKILL INDICATOR BECAME RED IN JUST 3 MONTHS. .I HAD FIRST COMPLAINED ABOUT IT ON 20 MAY. THE COMPANY PERSONELL CAME AND CHECKED IT OUT AND SAID HE WOULD GET APPROVAL FOR THE KIT WITHIN 2 DAYS.BUT INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS REGULARLY WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER. I HAVE BEEN BUYING BISLERI FOR THE LAST 15 DAYS. I HAD COMPLAINED IN JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO.THE COMPANY OFFICIAL HAD RUNG UP AND PROMISED TO REPLACE THE BATTERY FREE OF COST. BUT 5 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE PHONE CALL AND NOBODY HAS COME. THE AFTER SALES SERVICE OF HINDUSTAN UNILEVER IS PATHETIC. I AM BEING HARASSED AND I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY MARVELLA WATER PURIFIER TO AVOID SUCH TROUBLES.
