fulletronindia - Statement is not clear

Hello,

I took a personal loan from fulletroninda 20 months back, i have requested for a statement, i received it from local branch. I have few queries in the statement either local or head office they are not clear with and they don't have much information..worst part is they don't have customer basic info like address, phone# & email id.

To resolve a issue they take 15 working days, so pathetic way they are working.

So i need a clarification on the statement asap.
