Speaker problem

I am Pankaj Singh, On the 15th December 2011, I bought a brand new karbonn A1

mobile . However, upon one week of using it, problems started to appear. The speaker was not

working. Also, the monitor is getting blurred which makes it difficult for me to see the

SMS messages clearly. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an

expensive model.we went to the service center (Ankita communication centre,Naka,Lucknow)

they gave us a receiving certificate on date 13/03/2012 to replace the mobile Speaker for

exchange they told me to wait. after few days on date 28/03/2012 cutomer care call me

your mobile has changed new Speaker please collect your mobile.

when I reached customer care on date 12/04/2012 from Aligarh.customer care tell me your

mobile Speaker has no changed.

please sir kindly either refund us the money or new mobile Karbonn A1.
