I had to service my washing machine and Spark services contacted me through Just dial services. They came to my house on Monday 31st May and took the PCM and other parts from my washing machine. They have also taken Rs.500/- from me.
After that they are not turning up. I called them the same day to return my items and not to repair anything.
Every day, they say they are on their way and will be at home with in 30 min. But they have not yet showed up.
I am in real problem as these people have taken my working washing machine and not returning the same.
It is been 6 days and they have not yet come back.
Please help me to get my things back and take necessary step against this services.
I am facing lot of mental tension becuase of this.
I support this complaint. Similar thing is happening with me also. Unfortunately I did read this complaint before otherwise i would have not contacted Spark services. These folks have takes service charges and promised to replace a spare part within 24 hours but after that many days have gone and still they have not turned up. Each time I call them they tell some excuse. Its like a mental torcher.
