Hi,
I had bought a Karbonn A5 Star last month, After 15 days of proper
working the Touch had developed some problems ( menu opens/closes
automatically, Keypad open up suddenly and automatically..etc etc).
Took it to a Service Center of Karbonn in Delhi and they said that the
Touchscreen has some problem and needs replacement. So as the set
being new and in warranty period I submitted the set for the part
replacement.. But it has been 16 days from now.. the replacement of
the part is still not possible and the set is also not with me...
We can understand that it may be a fault of the touchscreen because
electronic elements can any time go rouge.. But what about the bad
service rather so late service of Karbonn.. 16 days still no
progress..!!!
