Due to regular handset problems I have summit the following satio mobile in your service centre at thodupuzhakerala. I have given the set one week back. When I call to service centre they told me that the spares are not reached in the service centre yet and tell me to contact Sony people. So I write so many times to you with the qutoed ticket numberS(Ticket: ********/********/********). No body still now contact me or give any information about my mobile. Can I expect a solution from your side. Please tell the status or what I will do for the same.
