The above mentioned laptop has been shown to your Service Centre located at Worli, since the mouse-pad was not responding to original functionality of the Zoom, Double-Tap, etc.

It was unfortunate for us to hear a solution from the service centre that format the laptop and do the re-installation again. The problem did not get resolved.

I am looking at receiving a response from you for a solution that will work well without any doubts. The main problem is that we have give Sony Viao Laptop to all our senior management, and this particular laptop is used by the CEO and MD of the ASK Group.
