While using my sony Ericsson Experia X1 mobile, it got slipped from my hand and I found the touch screen was not working, immediately I visited the authorised sirvice centre in hyderabad and asked them to repair, for which they had showed me an estimated amount RS.11000.00, I have agreed for the amount, and asked them to get my phone to normal working condition, after 2 months, I have recieved my mobile in working condition after paying Rs.10800.00 as charges, but when I reached home in nagpur, the handset became hot and the battery was drained off, phone became dead. Seeing that i immediately contacted service engineer where he suggested me to come to hyderabad service centre, When I reached their they had updated my mobile software and told me it is alright. But when i reached nagpur the same problem persisting again, when contacted same engineer, he adviced me to visit nagpur service centre, where they updated my mobile software, and handedover to me in working condition and told me that they are suspecting mother board problem. After hearing that I was really shocked, If such problem was there why it was not revealed to me by hyd service centre after charging Rs.11000.00 ? now if I go for the replacement of motherboard, it may cost around RS.23000.00, insted I would have purchased new mobile, Please suggest what best can be done in my case...
