Recently i have given complaint against sonyericsson servicing center and i got response from them and they provided me a Sony Ericsson Contact Center,
Ticket: ******** and they said that With the reference of your email we understand that you were facing problem with the handset and it was repaired by the service centre however the issue still persists. We sincerely apologize on behalf of Sony Ericsson for all the inconveniences caused to you. We request you to kindly provide us your previous job sheet details so that we can investigate your case and provide you the best possible solution.
As they said that they provide the best possible solution but when i went to servicing center on 22/04/2010 they thrown my handset on my face and said that you given complaint to company, so we wont repair it and previously when i given my mobile to them they said for repairing it costs 4200/- but now they demanding to pay 8000/- or else they saying to take away. I dont understand what type of servicing you providing and you guys dont know how to behave with customers.
Please tell me what action shall I take against Sony Ericsson ,
I need a strong answer from the \"Sony Ericsson\" company for that unsatisfactory work and I demand compensation for wasting my \"precious time & money\".
If i do not get proper response from the concern,
I will be bound to knock The respectable Indian Constitution.
Plz take this issue as serious..
