There are a lot of discrepancies in the plan sanction obtained and court cases are pending. Exercise caution while purchasing flats in this project.

Complainant's Goal: educate flat buyers, so that they are not cheated.

Please advise what is the status of the court case. I also observed that the road approaching the project is 60-80 ft wide but it is only 100 odd meter in length, so is there a possible encroachment?
