residence - sir reg.posts are daily returned from my office though timings are given after 2 pm.

the postman in my area vijay colony jalgaon is abusive and ill behaved..though complained at the head post office..he is not debared,he daily returns registered posts and give us a notice the last day of the post limit mean fourth day and nobody is int.to take a complaint
