Sir, maine karbonn mobile set no KC410 Date 07/01/2010 ko Ray Electranics, 44 Shivcharan road, Allahabad se liya.Mere Mobile mai Problum 1 Month bad aai.Set ko Swicth off kar du to set on nhi hota hai. Maine 2 Bar Redio Servise center, Meena Bazar, Civil Lince, Allahabad me set ko le gya.pahli bar 3 din rakhne ke bad mujhe Mobile vapas kar diya par Problum shi nhi hue. Dobara 1 Month ke andar fir gaya, mera set 5 din tak liya gya, 5 din bad mai gya to meri Battery Change kar Diya gaya. Lekin meri Problum Solve nhi hue.Mere Mobile set mai Problum aaj Bhi vhi hai. Please meri Problum ka smadhan karne ka kast kre.

Complainant's Goal: Please mera Mobile set change kare ya to meri money mujhe vapas kare.
