Dear Sir/Madam,
We have problem with our water billing since 2008, as we have given 4 to 5 applications and been personally many time and spoke to all concern person at Delhi jal board office, so far our problem is not solved, we are sick and tired of complains towards Delhi jal board via Tele phone, sms, email, applications and also in person, again we are requesting kindly do the needful. (No other go for us insted of requesting)
