Dear Suzuki,
I got new gixxer bike kpp motors from dec month.when I am receive from showroom in engine side some different make noise.1st service time I explain to kpp motor service people.they are not rectified my problem and they can’t find the problem.i give the 2nd service to karuna Suzuki from tirupur.they tell to me crank balancer damaged and change the crank balancer outer.still to time same noise in my bike.i give to karuna showroom people they tell silencer core is cut so only the noise is coming.tirupur ultimate Suzuki technical people change new silencer and the sound not coming.20/06/17 they are says we change warranty replacement and apply the FRT.Now they are says external hit so its not possible.Dear technical team if I external hit means the bike right side lot of scracths came.still my bike no scartchs.i explain to shoeroom people the sound is coming from 1st service.they are dominated me.this is third time text to Suzuki team.kindly please see my bike and solve the issues.Dear regeional manger and Zonel manger kindly solve this problem.lot of suffer for my bike noise.call ********33.pls don’t ignore my mail.
