Prettislim Beauty Clinic - Shoddy service from Pretti Slim

I signed up for their laser hair removal treatment two years ago. Since then it has been a constant source of headache for several reasons. After charging me an exorbitant amount for what i was told an 8-10 session treatment, I was hardly given appointments and their machine kept breaking down delaying every session for 2-3 months. Later at the end of the session i was told that ideally they should be doing the sessions every 15 days to be effective.

It was too late to be telling that and since hair growth had not stopped as per their promise, I asked them to provide me additional sessions with 15 day intervals to which they are asking for additional amount, which is much higher. Besides, they had promised that the hair would be gone by the end of 5-6 sessions and i need not have to go through all the 8 sessions.

Apart from that, their machine malfunctioned in two of the sessions and i have got permanent burn marks on my leg, which is not good at all.

I am planning to take them to the consumer court for all the inconvenience and torture i\'ve been through, please advice.
