flaberry - shoddy customer service from flaberry.com

I have placed an order on 23rd of Aug 2013 through the website called flaberry the domain name is (http://www.flaberry.com/) with the order number 1200003579. The order is expected to be delivered today but at the last moment, I received a mail that the order will not be executed because the delivery guy met with an accident.
I am not surprised with this incident because the customer service is very poor and i am aware of that now.
All I need is the money back, as it was a gift and the occasion is today.
The total value of the order was 1298 and I would be very pleased if you can help me in this matter as I am not getting proper response from the customer care team.

Your money had already been refunded and we had conveyed you via multiple channels. It was an unfortunate case for which we had tried to inform you in advance but we never got a no. to contact you and hence we dropped you an email

Also the order was delivered the next day in consent with recipient
