I am resident of Umiyanagar Duplex Div1, Near Chankayapuri Char Rasta, New Sama Road, Vadodara. Corporation water supply has been supplying sewage water for past 1 month. We have raised this concern to all possible officials of Vadodara Corporation but nothing has been done as yet. Sending a water tanker occasionally is not a solution to this problem.
Its very disappointing and disheartening that being resident of Vadodara-Gujarat, a state which is always highlighted for its development projects, I have to go through this ordeal of complaining the same issue time and again without any solution. All residents are forced to use the water which is not even fit for watering the plants. Officials have mentioned that there is leakage in the pipelines, but not sure what are they waiting for. Will the issue be rectified only after all the residents of the society will be admitted to ICU owing to acute poisoning? Any leakage cannot be big enough that it cannot be repaired in the time frame of 1 month.
Request you to please look into the matter with urgency. Hope you do understand the importance of clean drinking water being supplied by Corporation.
