DEAR SIR,

This is to inform that our drainage/sewage system is blocked and the sewage is blocked at our home. The gutter water is entering our home and we are facing many difficulties.

WE have complained at the ward areas corporation but they came with the sucktion machine but yet the problem is the same.

Please do the needful at the urgent as we are facing too much difficulties.
