Resv Upto: (KCG) Date Of Booking: 16-Feb-2012 Total Fare: Rs 558.00

Though the ticket is not booked and the Refund Details are showing "Payment Not Received from Bank" amount is deducted from my axis bank account. When will I get my refund.

Whom should I complain about this. Do I need to send any mails to IRCTC regarding this?

Please help to get back my Rs. 558
