This is very sad to say that inspite of following all your advises to replace the components of the vehicle but the vehicle is still not functioning properly. At your advise we agreed to replace fuel tank and many other parts of the vehicle. The bosch pump has been serviced twice or thrice. But till today the vehicle is not running properly. If you look at the cost of all these replacement and servicing then it can be realized that if little more amount is added to it then a new vehicle can be bought. The issue of diesel being contaminated which has always been raised by you is not at all valid because we have been fuelling our vehicles from that particular petrol pump from last 32 years. Also at your advise we replaced the fuel tank but still we are facing the same problem. We had such a bad experience with Mahindra for this particular vehicle that now we have to think a lot before buying any Mahindra vehicle.

पहले से अप्वाइंटमेंट होने के बावजूद गाड़ी लेके सर्विस सेंटर पे आने के बाद बताया जा रहा है कि सर्विस नही होगी कस्टमर केयर से एक नंबर मिला बात करने को ********44ये महाशय कह रहे है कि तुम गवर्नर लगे हो जो मैं कह रहा हु वो होगा तुम्हारी गाड़ी सर्विस नही होगी

Dear Sir,

I had purchased TUV 300 T8 automatic with all the possible Accessorises from Mahindra's service centre and installed at and by Mahindra's service centre RAY ROAD.

Post purchase in couple of months I mate with an accident where the vehicle was severely damaged.

vehicle was repaired under Insurance claim it took almost a month to get it repaired.

following points were still remained UNRESOLVED even after many request and assurances.

1. back door was not properly getting closed and abnormal sound always comes while driving.
this issue was discussed and raised many time but still remain unresolved
even during 1st servicing this problem was not resolved.
after escalating the engineer visited and found that rubber stoppers were not installed. when i asked i was told these stoppers are out of stock.

this is a very serious safety issue.

2. water is coming under driver seat while whole vehicle is dry.
maintenance team think that it may be due to AC water leakage. but I am driving this vehicle for quite some time with AC and never faced this issue.

3. all the accessories specially lamination over carpet which was purchased at Mahindra's service centre was installed very shabbily.
while laying it many places they have punchered it due to this whole carpet is getting spoiled more ever this will lead to internal corrosion.

4. accessories were not properly fitted they are coming out from places.

sir, please look into the matter and resolve these issues.

Dear Sir,
We have reparied the said vehicle No. PB09M-8508 Bolero at P PAutomotive- Karnal and incurred Rs. 2.00 Lacs for repair and maintenance. But after awaiting the 05 month we recived the vehicle yesterday and the payment has been paid. The quality of repair and maintenance was done very poor and lots of works has been pending. Even the behaviour of the team was also very bad. The material i.e. Sparewheel and other were also not returned back and told that the same were not handed over. The meter of oil and speed was in running condition but now the same were also not done by the company.
It is the worst experience in our life with the mahindra agency which is needed to be take care. We are using morethan 20 vehicles of mahindra bolero in our different plants.
Please look into the matter and advise why we should not go for consumer court or take the action against the PP Motors- Karnal
