My name is Edwin.B and am the registered owner of Suzuki Gixer bike number KL-01-BT-7701. I bought this vehicle on 21.5.2016. Since the day I bought this bike, there was vibration throughout. During 5 free services and paid services, I had pointed out this complaint. First time they replaced the swing arm bearing. 2nd time again they replaced the swing arm bearing. Afterwards they said that it was problem of my tyres. So I changed the tyres. Afterwards they said that it was some problem of the clutch. Afterwards they claimed that it was complaint of clutch pedals. Everyone I go with the same complaints, they find new new reasons. They are yet to find out the real reason. I had mailed to you about the same 6 months back which is still unresolved.

It's now one and a half years that I'm facing the same complaint ie Vibration of the vehicle. I need a permanent solution for it at the earliest. You can either sent to me a good mechanic or else replace my bike. I will give you 10 more days for the same. Otherwise I move to the court and social media of the problems I had to face after buying this bike on ready cash of 90000rs. In geepee Suzuki pattom service centre the attitude towards customers is not good .They are insulting me. They have no idea about my bikes complaint. Service centre authority doesn't hear customer complaints.

First time i have seen that back shocker of any bike is bouncing that badly. Second, This complaint is regarding the non availability of spare parts. I am having GS150R. Almost 2-3 service center i approached for replacement of back shockers of GS 150R every time they told me that, it will be available within 2 week, i told them if you guys need advance i will give you but they told that it is not required. I am facing this tyoe of reply from last 3 months.😡

Hi..

This is 4th service within 3 months...

even after 4 services suzuki has fail to understand the issue as I have purchased this vehicle on 10.10.2017 Vehicle no KA 03 JM 9899 after the first service I have been noticed that there is a abnormal sound from engine the same was informed to the Sr. Service advisor 24.11.2017 after service used the vehicle for 20kms and found the same abnormal sound feeling helpless went back to Meghdooth Suzuki with same problem and it took more than 3 days but issue has not been address yet...

Since there was no other options left I have to taken the vehicle back forcefully.

Brand like Suzuki should understand the consumers concern. As I have paid rupee 700 /- per day to travel from my home to office which is not convenient for me every alternate week it requires service.

I don't want this vehicle anymore need replacement or refund the amount

How is it possible that a new vehicle which has not been used even for 3000kms ,such kind of issues are occurring

I don't want this vehicle as i have submitted at your Meghdooth Suzuki Service center toady...
