Bajoria Appliances Pvt.Ltd - Service Centre did not turn up for first free service even after repeated inform

I purchased Elite Excel Electric Chimney on 20-02-2011 from Bajoria Appliances, Guwahati vide Invoice No. 220, Machine Code - 121000911. As per terms and condition, the company shall provide three free service. Even after repeated telephonic complained they did not turn up.
