I purchased a Karbonn A21 mobile on Jan -2013.
After some time there was a display issue occurred . On 4th of July 2013 The hand set was given to AMBE electronics J-40 Ist floor Sector 18 Noida for repairing one of the authorized service center for Karbonn mobiles.The phone was still in under warranty. But till then I am chasing them on phone and visiting there but every time with the same answer that we do not have spare parts available till now. First they told me that there is display issue display is not available after some time they start telling me that the motherboard of the mobile phone is faulty and we do not have availability of that . In this way I already lost more than 3 months now but I am not getting my phone back. They provide me a customer care no after almost two months passed but my bad luck nobody was picking that phone. Then they provide me a mobile no of a person in charge but again my bad luck continued and that person also not picking up the phone. It seems now that I have been cheated buy either the Karbonn mobile company or the their service center . Who ever is the responsible but this is really frustrating for me that I have purchased this brand . My Purpose and charm for purchasing a smart phone was already finished now. Details are as below for consideration . With Hope that there will be some one who will take it seriously as I hope I am not the only one who is going through this pain after choosing the Karbonn mobile .
