First of all please request the railway authorities to open up a separate window for First Class Pass holders to get their pass done because at present though first class pass holders donot have to stand in queue but the fellow passengers standing in queue shout at us and most of the time argue and fight. Its really a nuisance every time. Please look in the matter and do the needful.

Secondly in late evenings there are no TC available and hence if trains are crowded the Second Class ladies get in First class compartment and when the first class ladies inform them they literally fight with us only inspite of them being wrong. There is not a single constable or lady TC to take care of this. Kindly request you to please make arrangements for the same. This is another nuisance we face daily in our journey.

Kindly request you to please look in both the matters at earliest and take the needful steps.
