Landlord not giving bills,collecting too much rent and not paying taxes to Govt
Landlord name is Thangamma, No5/20,30th cross,tilaknagar,jayanagar ,BANGALORE-41 bearing consumer id for electricity is MS1SH51758

IS refusing to give the billS FOR TENANTS AND they are charging too much monthly rent 15,000Rs, 17,000rs and maintenance bills as 1500,2000rs on the top of rent.landlord Thangamma is old lady and all her sons are collecting rents and not giving bills nor maintaining any account in the apartment.(Property location address is 49/3A, 30th ‘A’ Cross, Madhav Ram Metropolitan Apts,Bannergatta Road Layout, Next to Carmel Convent School,Jayanagar East End Main Road, Bangalore-560041)
is is not paying taxes to the govt nor giving any kinds of bills. They are charging rent too much for tenants and caused injustice to tenants and Govt. They are collecting 1 lakh to 1.5 lakh as deposit on the top of high rent. While leaving apartment they deduct unnecessarily half of the deposit and frauding and cheating tenants .There is no maintenance in that apartment but collecting too much maintenance money in that apartment. According to rental control act, they are charging too much on tenants but not paying for the Govt. Kindly investigate these issues and give Justice for tenants and to take action against them for not paying any taxes to Govt.When questioned they threaten the tenants like goons and harassing them. Thank you!

Also these sons of thangamma are selling and storing LPG domestic cylinders illigally.After the decision of the Central government to supply only six cylinders of cooking gas to a family. I am the resident of jayangar, the person beside my house is storing large quantity lpg cylinders both Hp and indane illegally at (Landlord name is Thangamma), Apt location address is address is 49/3A, 30th ‘A’ Cross, Madhav Ram Metropolitan Apts,Bannergatta Road Layout, tilaknagar ,Next to Carmel Convent School,Jayanagar East End Main Road, Bangalore-560041 If questiond the landlord sons says it’s a family cylinder and he is telling lies.They are hiding on the ground floor covered with blue tarapalene sheets and selling them illegally making huge money.Also is a threat for the residents in that apartment for storing cylindinders,as few of the residents throw the cigarette puffs nearby.Kindly investigate and take action against the persons who are selling and storing these LPG HP and indane cylinders.Th ese people are selling and storing illegal cylinders from past 5 years in the residential apartment.
