Deepak - security money not return

MY MOBILE NO.- 9654447135, (VODAFONE), I WAS SUBMIT THE SECURITY MONEY(Rs. 500) THROUGH - RECEIPT NO.- 80429 FOR CHANGE MY NUMBER IN POST PAID, BUT IT IS NOT HAPPEN THEN I REGISTER A REQUEST IN VODAFONE STORE (RAJIV CHOWK , NEW DELHI), SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER IS- 2200530008 , NOW THE VODAFONE EXECUTIVE (Mr. RAJAN ARORA) TALKING THAT IT IS NOT RETURN TO ME AND MIS BEHAVING WITH ME.
