LIC Housing Finance - security deposit not adjusting after maturity _LICHF

With reference of my loan no -11410029320 at LICHF kolkata south branch, I have deposited security money in the form of NSC and KVP certificate during the time of loan sanction.
Now NSC portion has been matured and NCS nos are followings.
62DD278729, 62DD278730, 62DD278731, 62DD278732, 62DD278733, 62DD278734, 62DD278735, 62DD278736, 62DD278737, 62DD278738,
I have already applied to encase or adjust the amount to my loan account.(Please refer below mail.
However you have not responding my application from long time and resulting I am loosing my interest money of matured Rs.80000 and also I am paying Extra EMI .
Considering good relationship with LICHF from long time I can not expect this type of ignorance from you.
Now please do the needful urgently.
