Sir we are unable to recharge the smart card at counter indian railways unable to recharge for me they are telling not working but they are recharging the ticket issued by private persons issuing bulkly at avtm's I many times visited counter at different stations but they are not reacharing sir please use staff having knowledge on recharging smart card at counters

Complainant's Goal: Please provide skilled staff at counter and rectify the problems
