Guaranty Loans Pvt Ltd. is a false company of loans. Its CEO is Phil Smith. I have tried to obtain a loan across Internet and there appeared in my e-mail this fraudulent company that has made me lose more than 6000 euros (430.000 rupees) trying to obtain for six months a loan that has never come. They say that the money is deposited in the Bank of the Reservation of the India to my name and direct me to a false web of the RBI, have made me pay for all kinds of quotas across Western Union and moneygram, even to the INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND that as ells they retain my loan. In whole 6000 euros that have ruined me to me and to my family in exchange for nothing. To today they keep on sending to me more e-mails asking for more money.
