Respected Sir,
Today morning 6-7-2012 (Tuesday) at 8.35AM when I am driving my car from my home to office, Vehicle KA51A 2627 hit my car causing scratches to the front right side bumper. This has happened when he overtook me from right at near Kasturingnagar bus stop (place where from Kasturinagar service road we enter ring road going towards KR puram from Hebbal). Driver did not stop the vehicle. However I could able to stop him. But he did not ready to compesate me and he told me to give police complaint. So i took vehicle number (KA51A 2627).
My vehicle is Verna car (KA01 MH9950). Tomorrow I am planning to give for repair.
So please help me to get the painting cost for the scratch from the driver. Driver did not provide any of his details.

Complainant's Goal: I want the money for the painting of scratch.
