Saving account showing negative balance.

I get my salary in ICICI Bank account and I transfer the same to my other ICICI Bank account. While transferring the money I got message unsuccessful transaction and tried again. Though when I checked my other account I saw that my account is showing that salary has been transferred twice.

Now my salary account is showing balance -718 Rs.

How can I transfer the money from account when there was no amount available in that account also the account showing be showing -48000 Rs if transaction was successful.

And the most frustrating part is as my current balance is 0 I'm not able to transfer rs. 2 though I was able to transfer rs. 48000 why is this.
