I support this complaint.

I support this complaint. Jet Domestic Packers ( www.jetdomesticpackersmovers.com ) are the worst movers & packers company in India. I have also suffered losses from them. Read my whole communication with them below:-

Yesterday I received 6 more packages but out of total 6, only 3 belongs to me & rest 3 belongs to somebody else. I am shocked to see that how can you do things like that and interchange packages sent by different people.

Now I have received 40 packages out of total 45 in 3 different deliveries (25 + 12 + 3) in the span of 30 days. Still 5 items which consists of 4 cartons & 1 lamp remains undelivered. The cartons which remains contains my kitchen stuff (including cooking gas stove, expensive crockery etc), cloths, shoes, toiletries stuff, perfumes etc.

I am giving you 2 more days to deliver the above mentioned items otherwise I’ll inform police & open a case in consumer forum.

This is the worst experience of my life. Today I myself drove 30 KMs to Kanteveer Studio, Yashwant Pur to locate my missing luggage but still return empty handed. From total 45 cartons, 10 are still not delivered (which include my cooking gas stove, expensive single seater sofa along with other important items). I don’t understand why this happening to me & what in the earth I have done to deserve all this.

It’s close to 20 days now. I’ll only wait till this weekend & after that I’ll take a strong action.

Hi,

I have given my household luggage to Anil Sharma on 27th March 2010 to be transported to Bangalore from Noida by Jet packers. It is scheduled to reach Bangalore in 6 days time i.e. on 1st April but till date I haven’t received it. I have already paid the full amount and in spite of that nobody from the Jet team is picking my calls. Currently I am staying in the hotel & because of the delay I have incurred additional expenses from my pocket.

Please take this complaint seriously & deliver my luggage ASAP.

My Bill No. is 1132.

Instead of sending so many mails to them, I still have not received any reply. Now they don’t even pickup my phone. They also manhandle the stuff that I have received from them, as my crockery is all broken & my expensive furniture is all scratched. Moreover Anil Sharma charged Rs. 3000 for the insurance of Rs. 1 lac but never gave me any insurance papers.
The main contact person is Anil Sharma & his numbers are ********41, ********14 & he works from Delhi.
I also want to complain about just dial (phone number 011-22222222) services, they have given me the reference of this movers & packers company. They should do some kind of background check for passing the reference to their dialers.
