Vide complaint no. ********64 dtd. 9th June 2013 service request was lodged with company.
Service engineer visited on 13th June and inspected the TV model LA32A450C1MXC purchased on
9th Oct.2008 and reported that 2 parts need to be changed viz. PSU and Mother Board-BN94-01713KRC
Till date I am following up with all concerned for carrying out the repairs.
Today I received a call that the part is not available and I can claim depreciated value of the TV.
I am very dissatisfied with the company for this poor support services and would like to take up at the highest level for speedy resolution.
