Madam/Dear sir,
I would like to bring to your notice the behaviour of your counter clerks and also misleading the passengers regarding
the cancellation of season tickets. when i had wanted to cancel the second class season tickets some months back and buy a
a first class one the next day i was told that the season tickets could be cancelled the SAME DAY only.
Today again i had the same problem the season ticket i bought in the moring at 8.00 to bhayander fm borivli was a second
class on and on return the same evening i decided to cancel it and convert it into FIRST CLASS one i was shooed away
rudely by the counter clerk Ms Aarti chabria. I approached the staion master who directed me to approach the
RAILWAY SUPERINTENDENT, which i did (Mr Puranik ) and he shows me a NOTICE which is pasted inside the ROOM.
I would like to ask u whether the NOTICE of any change in the POLICY has to displayed inside the room or
OUTSIDE for the passengers to see. On suggesting this to the superintendent the reply was WHAT ELSE DO
U WANT US TO DISPLAY OUTSIDE.
This is not the answer we expect fm a SUPERINTENDENT. Instead of helping the customer this is the reply we get after
paying so much for the tickets.
This COMPLAINT is self explicit. You can take any action you want but it shud be for the benefit of the passengers and not
their harrasement. Kindly look into the matter.
