My Name is Anil Kumar T.M ( ********79) , I have bought New Royal En-field Thunder Bird on 31st May 2017 ( Reg Number :- KA51 EX 8412 )and with in Six months i am getting unusual sound from Engine and when i got checked the vehicle with mechanic they say the Bearing of the Engine is broken.
Since Royal En-field is a reputed brand in India, if they notice such major issue in vehicle with in 6 months from the date of purchase, they should ideally replace the vehicle to customer or to extend the varenty period or reimburse the money as its purely a manufacturing defect from Royal En-field side.
But when i approach the Royal Enfield customer care in Royal Enfield Electronic City Motors ( Singsandra), they are least bother to listen to customer request and taking more than 10 days to rectify the issue.
Need proper answer from loyal customer of Royal enfield at the earliest as its Brand image and value which they loose, if they keep continuing with such issues.

My name is Benin. i have bought new royal enfield Electra on 22nd December 2017 from D.G Motors Tirunelveli Tamil Nadu, and i noticed a dent in chassis and i fell very much annoying after noticing it because of RE's poor quality of service it comes out from the company unnoticed to the end customer.
As a genuine customer i need a proper explanation regarding this from RE.
It is very bad experience with Xed motors located in Agartala, they made a commitment to delivered new bike within 5 days but failed to do so yet they do not bother to inform me either , Now they are giving me a stupid and unrealistic explanation.
My bike royal enfield classic 350 . Problem in bike clich problem or chain set problem. Or becouse problem solve nhi ho rahi h.
