Western Railway - Ridiculous and wron approach of TTE of shatabdi express

I have booked my railway ticket from Vadodara to Borivali online on 20.08.2012 for 01.09.2012. As i couldn't get ticket from Vadodara to Borivali ( WL) , I have booked ticket from Ahmedabad to Borivali mentioning boarding point as vadodara i.e. I have paid entire fare from Ahmedabad to Borivali for my journey on 01.09.2012 by Shatabdi Express with a boarding point mantioned as Vadodara.
On 01.09.2012 , I have visited Ahmedabad for urgent official work and as i was having confirmed ticket , I boarded Shatabdi express from Ahmedabad. When TTE Mr.Sunil Kumar R has came for checking , he told me that , I am travelling ticketless from Ahmedabad to Vadodara as my boarding point is Vadodara . I have brought to his notice that I have already paid entire amt from Ahmedabad to borivali at the time of booking. but TTE was very adamant and he charged me Rs.285/- plus Rs.285/- Total Rs.570/- as fined from Ahmedabad to Vadodara . this means railway has wrongally recovered 3 times fare from Ahmedabad to Vadodara which is rediculous .
My PNR no ********32 , seat no. C-11 ,20 and I paid fine by receipt no P0358014 to Mr. Sunil kumar P . Further I have to inform you that TTE has biasedly behaved with me , because in the same bogie C-5 , at seat no 30 , 31 , they have also booked ticket from Ahd to BVI with boarding at Anand and they also boarded the train at AHD , but TTE has allowed them to travel.
I request the concerned authorities to looked into matter immediately and refund my fined amt of Rs.570/- with interest at 18% and a seperate apology letter , otherwise i will be compelled to take the matter with consumer forum.
