I have booked a flat in Bangalore with Richmond Builders Pvt ltd 2 ½ years back. The possession was in June 2013 but still we have not received the possession of our flats. There is a penalty clause in the sales deed but builder is denying to pay any penalty to the flat owners even though the delay was for 12 month+. any one can help us.
