I'm purchase a a Suzuki gixxer bike from Animesh Suzuki bt road, Kolkata,agarpara,tetultala,(Feb 2016).from the very first day I have facing a engine noise problem 1)timing chain noise 2)rocker sound3) one unusual sound from engine which was unidentified.
I'm taking all free services and 2 paid service but the problem still have on it.the technition of service center are untrained,and also a service engineer who's name is Mr. Sudip Sabbath (asst.manager-service) he was also trying to make me fool ,he said those sound is normal and it's not a problem.however he was made some technical changes on bike and control the sound ,but who knows it's just for a while. After taking a service my bike sounds good not more than 20km.
But now my bike sound was totally changed and smoothness of my bike was gone.plz sir I love my bike,and want to see it like what it's actually made for smooth,sporty and stady.kindly take some nessesorry step as soon as possible.my Mbl no ********87
I purchased gixxer from August 2016 at Karuna Suzuki show room Tirupur....completed 3 service and 10000 kms...i ask 2 and service complaint gear box sound to service manager.... He repair worked but only 2000 km are perfect.....then have that problems again come automatically..... Then after 3 rd service faced same problems.... I really sad feel from wen got after service ride this bike.....pls support ....or pls don't says to customers fake newz before got the bike.....
