Northern Railway - Reservation Staff harassment

The reservation staff at Faridabad railway station harass the passengers who come to book ticket of senior citizens. An old man was sent back because he did not have his wife identity card. his ticket was not booked. Many other passengers were refused to issue tickets of their relatives who are senior citizens. Once the ticket checker in train is entitled to check identity cards why reservation staff is harassing passengers. is railway meant to harass the people. At 2:00 PM the shift changes. The staff booking tickets, after entering all the data refuses to give print out because their time is over. they are not ready to give even few seconds more. But the next staff never assembles at time i.e. 2:15 PM. They take atleast half an hour more to settle down. A passenger told that he came yesterday to book ticket. At 7:45 PM the staff member got up from his seat to go to bathroom. He came back after 15 minutes and refused to book his ticket as time was over. Even reservation forms are not easily available at the reservation counter. Please get clock and CCTV installed at reservation center so that the staff can work properly. Atleast with the help of clock we can prove by taking video that the staff never sits at time on their seat.
