Respected Sir,
I would like to state that I've been a customer of the internet services provided by your company against the Account No ********4,& the phone no.-********63,till the month of June 12,for which the arrears were cleared followed by the request for disconnection in the same month. I've even intimated that I am not living at the same address,thus would be unable to continue the usage. Inspite of having done the needful,I am being continuously troubled by calls & reminder mails to get the arrears cleared as ungenuine usage bills were generated month after the other even with no usage done from my end,& after having requested for service termination several times.I would also like to inform that all my efforts to communicate with your company's service executives through mails or via phone were futile as they have failed to solve the case inspite of repeated assurances given.Thus,I would like to bring this issue to your immediate notice,& request for necessary action to get the case settled as soon as possible.
