Reliance General Insurance - Reliance Healthwise Policy, Why more premium?

I hold a 3 yrs old Reliance Healthwise policy Plan- Gold (Policy# 282510127701) (unclaimed for all 3 yrs).

When I was buying this policy in September 2007, they told me I need to pay Rs 1368 and then every year I would get 5% discount on the premium amount.

It did happen for two years; however, now I am trying to pay online, it is asking me Rs 5631. They never communicated my of this change. I am disappointed and planning to discontinue the policy.
