Central Government Health Scheme - Reimbursement of medical expenses from CGHS, Lucknow

I had submitted two seperate medical reimbursement bills for Rs.1500/- each in the office of Additional Director, CGHS, Lucknow during November'2009. Later, during January'2010 I received a cheque for Rs.1500/- in reimbursement of one of the bills. The recoupment of the second bill for Rs.1500/- is still awaited.
A copy of my written complaint made ( and duly acknowledged by the receipt section) in the office on 4-3-2010 is uploaded for further action.
