I have been using this Airtel prepaid SIM card for 4 years.On 18th April they asked me to resubmit all of the required documents again i.e. two photographs,photo/address proof.On the same day of receiving this message i submitted all of the requested documents at the Airtel office but at the same night they blocked my incoming calls.They said the service will be resumed in 72 hours but the next day they blocked my outgoing calls as well and asked me to submit the documents again.I did as requested but they unprovisioned my SIM.When i asked the customer care people they told that this number was not in use for the past 4 months,thats why they blocked it but i have actually been using this number for the past 4 years.
Apart from the harrasment caused by calling again and again for resubmition of the document,the SIM has been debarred for no valid reason and i am being lied to everytime i get back to them.Please note that i have circulated this number to a great number of IT Firms in past and i will be losing my job opportunities if they are unable to reach me on this number.
It is my sincere request to you to help me out here as i have tried my level best to reach a solution but nothing seems to be working out.Please note following are my details:
