HDFC Bank Limited - Regarding to not serve Account Statement & card block

Dear sir
I am a HDFC Credit Card Holder (4346 7810 0403 6216). In May 2010 I received a call from HDFC Customer care for platinum card. Which I had denied strictly because I was carrying my EMI on that card. But after that from July 2010 I didn’t receive any account statement on my mail account and also didn’t get any information from my registered internet account for said credit card as well as my credit card is blocked from date. Which was earlier I received on same.
To date 4th Feb 2011 I again received a call from HDFC Customer care regarding the dues. I request him (Mr. Gautam) to waive off the interest part for which I was not responsible and continue my EMI’s as per earlier. He agreed and said to me make the payment amount (Rs. 4550). So I have paid through cheque No (058466) and get receipt for same Receipt no (12923802) from HDFC Authorized Collecting Firm (NIDWC).
I also request to him to send my account statement on my office or email address. But till up to no response your side.
Please take a serious action against the complaint.
