As per the rejection of TDR file against PNR NO. ********67 by mail received on 24-12-2016 and the reason given for rejection by Commercial Manager is as;

"The reason "repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds NR due to reason ,AS PER CHART,
PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED"

In this regards I would like to inform you that I have not travelled by this train on 30.07.2016 as it was very late. I would like to submit evidence that prove that I have not travelled by the said train.

1. I travelled by Intercity from Banka- Bhagalpur-Patna on 30.07.2016
2. Patna Station to Airport by Prepaid Auto on 30.07.2016
3. From Patna to Delhi by AIR on 30.07.2016
4. From Patna Airport to My native place by Taxi on 30.07.2016

I am attaching scanned copy of all the tickets for your kind consideration, which prove that I have not
travelled by the train that day as it was very late that day.
