Dear Hero Honda,
To Highlights the pathetic customer service experience at your dealer at Choudhary Automobile in Kotputli (Rajasthan). Key points mentioned are as follows:
1. I bought my bike i.e Splendor NXG from Sahib Motors (Panipat), due to certain reason i lost my service book which was provided to me on dated 14th Jan 2010 during purchase of my bike.
2. I Informed Sahib Motors, through telephonic conversation to Mr Shyam ( whose Number is ********02) for which he asked for Rs 150 (One Hundred and Fifty rupees only) which I was eager to pay in order to get my new service book.
3. Regardless, to say after many follow up even nothing worth was done from his end in order to provide me with my new service book.
4. I was charged Rs 300 (Three Hundred Rupees Only) on my first which was an extra cost for me. As much I know and understand Organization provide three free service during the sale of bike. As, i was busy those days so i paid them of and asked them avail me with new service book ASAP.
5. Now, As i have been shifted to my new location at Kotputli (Rajasthan). With regard to my second service I went to Choudhary Automobile (Kotputli) and explained them the whole case and asked them to help me in providing me new service book.
6. With respect to this they denied for their facilitation and asked me to pay Rs 325 (Three Hundred and Twenty Five Rupees only). Which means again an extra cost for me which i am not going to pay in any case.
Please look over the case and respond accordingly. For your kind information I understand the legalities with respect to it and I know even the right platform to present. It just i wanted to go through proper process. So, please respond and solve the problem ASAP.
